Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following terms and conditions of trade are the terms under which Velo29 Limited will supply goods to you (the customer). Check this page to see any amendments that might be made.
Velo29 Limited is an English registered company (number 06713836) and thus does business according to English Law. This agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Payment and Pricing
Payment for the goods will be made at the time of ordering. Velo29 accepts all major credit / debit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and address of the card holder when you place the order. Velo29 uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Industry Standard encryption technology to process all payments so that you can buy with confidence. All prices shown on the website are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate where applicable.
Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Stock Availability
All the goods you see on our website are offered subject to availability. Where an item is not in stock we will contact you to advise you of any delay. Our suppliers usually deliver to us within 2 – 3 days, so there should never be a long wait! Build-to-order bikes take up to 2 weeks to be built and shipped. If at any point you are not satisfied and wish to cancel your order then we will of course refund your purchase.
Cancellations, Returns and Replacements
You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched; please call us on 01287 625 394 and we will arrange a refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of date of purchase so long as items are unused, as new condition with original packaging and invoice. Faulty items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty which varies in length dependent upon the brand; item must be returned with proof of purchase. General wear and tear, inappropriate use, incorrect and inappropriate fitting is not covered by warranty. Postage on returned items must be paid by the customer.
Customer Account
Upon placing an order with Velo29 you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this confirmation within 2hrs please contact us on 01287 625 394.
Customers that choose to create an account can view their order status online 24hrs a day.
Customers can subscribe to our newsletter which will contain news and offers from Velo29. This can be cancelled at any time by logging into your customer account.
Privacy / Security
Velo29 is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. If you have any requests concerning your personal information or any queries with regard to these practices please contact us.
Cookies (tiny text files temporarily stored on your computer) are needed to allow us (and every other on-line shop) to put the items you've chosen into the right shopping basket.
We will not pass your information to any third parties.
