Delivery Information
All our bikes will be shipped in a state as close to "ready to ride" as possible. However due to the size & shape of a bicycle, a few items will need adjusting and / or adding by the customer before it can be used.
In most cases it will only be the handlebars and saddle that are turned / removed so that the bike will fit in its box.
These items are easily assembled in the home and if tools are needed they will be supplied with the bike along with full easy to follow instructions.
Mainland UK Shipping & Delivery
All items sent will be insured against damage in transit. Smaller items will be posted Royal Mail first class, whilst larger items will be sent recorded delivery 48hrs. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once they have been dispatched to the courier.
In most cases couriers will request a signature for proof of delivery, so please select a delivery address which is most convenient for you.
P&P is charged at £3.95 for all shopping baskets under £100.
Delivery is free for baskets over £100 in value.
International Delivery including non mainland UK and Republic of Ireland
For frames and bikes shipping is charged at the following rates:
To Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain : Free for orders over 140€, £6 for any order less than 140€
